Problem in signing up

My friend already signed up for mylot. I've already asked her to be my friends since I've seen her username in my referred list. She mentioned that the confirmation from mylot is not yet been received in her email. She can't log, it seems her account is not yet activated. She registered at least 3 times, but no confirmation from mylot. What happened?
