Skip the Milk Chocolate, Dark Is Better for You.

If you favor those milk chocolate bon-bons over the dark variety, you might be better off switching. Eating dark chocolate -- but not milk chocolate -- raises levels of antioxidant in the blood, which could help protect against heart disease.

I'm a huge fan of dark chocolate! I'm talking about the premium dark chocolate, with at least 70% cocoa solids.
I know so many people who hate dark chocolate tough, maybe its becuase they haven't tried the good stuff.

Yes, I try to stick to dark chocolate. It has those antioxidants and whatever the other thing is -- flavonoids or flavonols or something like that. I didn't have any trouble getting used to the taste, either.
