Perogies from scratch?

I'm half Ukrainian and I've been making perogies since I can even remember being old enough to walk lol. my grandmother taught my mom, who in turn taught me. Its not as hard as it sounds, but then again it depends, different people have different recipes, so you'd have to know what style you want to make.
