Do you have a problem in getting your sleep? If so here are some suggestions that you can do: Avoid stimulants like coffee, spices and alcohol. Avoid eating three hours before going to bed. Surrender all your thoughts to God.

Thankfully I have not really had many problems before going to sleep. I really feel blessed because of that things. There have been a few nights here and a few nights there over time where I have, but that was more because I had a number of things on my mind. When the might is full before going down to rest, it is really not going to be emptied that easily. I try to really do something relaxing before I go down to sleep in the evening. Like read a book or just take a bath. There is really not much more than I can do than that. It is going to really give me a peace of mind and drift me off to sleep. Don't eat anything too close to bed, don't drink anything, don't do anything too exciting and more times often than not, I find that I'm fine.

long time ago i don't have a problem in getting my sleep. but recently,i am without sleep,sleepless, just because of my son,since i have my son,my sleep is so bad,nearly minutes to awake.so hard to sleep.and i have to feed my son,so this lead to my badly sleep
