where do i sign up to paypal if i am not in the regional zone?

i am from romania...i entered paypal.com earlier,but i don't see any e-gold account...can you tell what shall I do?

e-gold is a different site than paypal. Paypal isn't available for romanian people just yet but e-gold has been for a long time. Just go to www.e-gold.com and subscribe to an account there, afterwards you will just have to write your account number here at my lot (e-gold will provide you with one). I don't know the right procedure because I haven't tried it yet but it should be like this :D. Good luck
