I am offended by Christmas. I'm getting the ACLU, now.

That's right. I have lack of religion. Christmas is just another way of those damn Christians shoving their religion in my face. It offends me greatly. Every time I see a nativity set in a front yard, I head boils with rage. I'm getting the ACLU, since I am enraged by this holiday. Discuss How Christmas enrages you.

I am atheist. I work in food services. I have to say Happy Holidays and I get yelled at a lot. ("It should be merry christmas!" or "It's HAPPY HOLIDAYS!") I think people are just taking it to seriously. I say let them have their nativity sets though. It's private property and they have freedom of religion, just like you (or well, you have lack of but it's still freedom). Restricting them could in the end restrict yourself.

Please tell me this post is meant to be sarcastic. Fine, you don't want Christians forcing Christmas in your face. Think about this, however. We don't want atheism forced down our throats. I am so sick and tired of the ACLU and other nutcase organizations of that kind harping and moaning and groaning about a Christian holiday. Do you do that much harping about Ramadan or maybe Hanukkah, or is your hatred geared specifically toward Christians? If it's the last part, then I feel incredibly sorry for you. It must be difficult carrying around all that hatred on your shoulders.

Enraged by other people being happy. I think that is rather immature. I dont see how the ACLU can change happy people didnt you ever watch the grinch?
