Anger is a natural human emotion and is nature's way of empowering us to "ward off" our perception of an attack or threat to our well being. The problem is not anger, the problem is the mismanagement of anger. Mismanaged anger and rage is the major cause of conflict in our personal and professional relationships.
Domestic abuse, road rage, workplace violence, divorce, and addiction are just a few examples of what happens when anger is mismanaged.

Anger have such a powerful effect in producing ill-health. I have learn something how to manage anger. I got it from the book and i applied it. i like it to share with you.
Train yourself so that every time you feel the the surge of anger you say "is this really worth what it is doing to me emotionally? i will make a fool of myself. I will lose friends." In order to get the full effect of this technique, practice saying to yourself a few times everyday, " It is never worth it to worked up or mad about anything." Also affirm: "It isn't worth it to spend $1000 worth of emotion on a five-cent irritation."
You try it its effective.

I releive stress by working out, so that I don't have any built up anger. I reguraly go to the gym and lift weitghts. I also do cardio work by running or swimming. At the end of the day I don't have any energy to be angry :) and I'm in shape!

I am a very very hot tempered person...but I keep it under control and have for a good 12 yrs or so if not more...BUT if pushed to far or cornered and feeling threatened I do snap and its not nice at all which is exactly why I do my best all these yrs to maintain control. I know all too well what I am capable of so I really need to keep myself in check..When I'm feeling angry I love to listen to loud obnoxious music or workout if my body will let me LOL often I'll paint/draw or write (I write alot when I'm in a negative mental place)..
