The Welfare System in BC, Canada.

Ok I need to get this off my chest (hah and so i've heard its a big chest) I think we need to re vamp the welfare system in BC. I don't agree with ANY of the new rules and regulations on the system ... For example - if you work, your money comes off dollar for dollar which by right it should...But when you get a tax credit for your disabled child, a 5,000 dollar tax credit - they let you keep it. Now, to me I think if you are on the dole and you receive a 5,000 tax credit, you should be made to live off of that money. I mean they kick you off welfare if you go on Student Loans, so why not kick someone off for a couple of months when they come into that much money? Does that make sense to anyone else?
