My Fitness Motivations to you

Whatever your goal is for this upcoming new year. You might want to consider the fitness motivation tips that I'm about to mention to you... 1) Have 5-6 small meals a day and 2-3 hours between every meal. Each meal should have/contain one carb and one protein. Drink a cup of water for every meal. 2) Get the proper rest you need and have at least 48 hours between training the same muscles. 7-8 hour of sleep is very well recommended. 3) Consider doing some cardio. Low intensity/long sessions, high intensity/short session, medium intensity/medium sessions. Very simple. 4) Train your muscles like 1-3 a week and you should lift the proper weight to perform the proper amount of sets. As fitness motivation, I hope all the above motivates and helps you join a gym and maybe find a buddy to go with you .

i once went to the gym for three months. it was good for me. i learned the basics in making my safe healthier. now, i have my own two cardio and abs machine at home. i do my exercise at home now. plus i already do your upper mentioned meal suggestions and i take in water too every after meal.but it's nice to know that you are sharing this information to all mylot members.
