as billy costacurta, better than anybody to make a remark, ancelotti should have been replaced already as they need a more commanding coach with a vision for the future. ancelotti seems to be making good out of recycled players and that looked like coming to an end very soon a couple of seasons back as age is catching up with all the senior members of the team.
gourcuff was a good capture for the future but olivera is not the replacement for sheva. superpippo is good as hell but getting older by the day and gilardino needs a more consistent partner with a better understanding, someone real fast as gilardino is a little lazy when it comes to creating opportunities and thats a little similar to pippo as pippo is very good in the box but too selfish as a team player so 2 very similar players dont complement the team upfront
a change in coach, 5-6 new talented young players plus 1-2 established signings will make us a force to be reckoned with again
the past 2 weeks has seen us turn the corner but it's just temporary, the longer ac milan put off the much needed overhaul, the longer the pain

Other team have already read want Milan plan to do. I think, Milan need someone like Adrian Mutu or Del Piero for example, someone who can make chances and opportunities in front of the net.They also need good defender at the back who can be parner for NEsta who was getting older.
