Do you send your dogs to a professional dog groomer or do you do it yourself. I do our small dog myself, but the other 2 are too heavy. They do look lovely when they come back though.
I am a professional pet groomer so I do them myself . I also don't have long coated dogs hey after clipping and brushing hair all day I want to just enjoy mine . I have nothing against people that groom thier own pets as long as they take time to learn the basic safety .I have groomed a few dogs that the owners tried grooming and they had cut the dogs skin really bad .I think that if you cann't groom the dog safly you should take it to a pro .If you can do your own dog it can be a great money savor and a bonding time . I am just glad the dogs are groomed I really hate matted dogs as the matts hurt them and cause health issues .
