Why should organizations be more oriented in serving their customers?

Great customer service is the key to a successful business. Even if your product is great...if you make me mad I will go somewhere else. I just wish that companies would get away from all of the automation and go back to real live customer service. I don't want to push 10 buttons before I get a real person. And these ones that make you speak into the phone now have me sitting the yelling "representative" into the phone. (sometimes it works)
