Getting from Salzburg Austria to Fussen Germany

Hi, My partner and I are wanting to go from Salzburg in Austria to Fussen in Germany and would like some tips on getting there by public transport. If anyone has done this leg I would be interested to find out how you did it, how long it took to get there and if you know of a good website to book this through then please respond.
