it is 1975 and Denver mint

Hello, the only info I found for a 1975 penny comes out of the Philly Mint.

It has a liberty bell above the liberty beside Lincoln's head and has an outline of the USA over the date 1975.

Not to say that the error doesn't exist. I suggest bringing it to a coin shop and ask an expert.

Kennedy-Lincoln coins were not minted by the government, but somebody added kennedy to the already minted pennies.
