There is a deep science and connection between karm, puja and luck. Laws of karma spares no one. One may believe it or not. Due to our past karma and desire we get a particular type of body. That body is expected to act in a particular way under the spell of material nature. For ex: If you sit in a car which can drive fast, you will drive fast. But if you sit in a car which drives slow, you will drive slow. So even if you are the same, due to the car, your performance varies.
Our body is just a machine like the car. If our past deeds were bad, and we get the body of a thief, we will steal. The body will keep on doing it. But if our past deeds were good, we might get the body of a pious person, and behave well.
Now how to stop this cycle?? Thats where puja comes. Good karma along with Puja or prayers can work miracles. Prayers are powerful. But prayers should not be for the satisfaction of our material wishes. Prayers should just be for serving the Lord. So if by chance a thief come in contact with a pure devotee or some good deed, and surrenders in the feet of God, his karma and fate will change. Then God takes over and does not let him commit any crime.
What we call luck is just a blessing of God. Some good deeds in the past which still have not been utilized comes in the form of luck.
So I place Puja to the topmost in my priority list. If I love God, my karma will be in check and thus I amy luck too.
