Is a man judged by his earning potential alone these days or put it in other words, is a man judged based on his earnings alone? Does a man lose respect if he is not able to earn or not able to earn as expected by others? How do you treat persons in your family who are not earning and are not able to earn too?

I do not think so. In a family, we can not judge a man according to the amount of money he earns. it is unfair for thoes fathers.
Different people have different ability. so what they earn is different. that is my point.

WE EARN, THE MONEY AND MONEY CANNOT EARN US. MAN WILL BE JUDGED BY HIS HEART AND NOT BY HIS MONEY. THE RICHEST WITHOUT GOOD HEART AND MANNERS WILL NOT BE RESPECTED BY ANYONE . HE WILL BE PRAISED TEMPORARILY BY THE PEOPLE WHO IS BEHIND HIS MONEY. THE SOCIETY WILL REMEMBER PERONS GOOD QUALITY AND HIS WEALTH. EVERY PERSON GOT HIS OWN TALENT TO EARN MONEY IF NOT TODAY ATLEAST TOMMORROW.
