How to grow tall  | |  I am a 16 yr old boy who is 5'5 and want to be atleast 6 feet. my mom is about the same height as i am now and my mom is only shorter. i was looking for ways to grow tall when i stumbeled on this magazine. it said if u dring a few extra glasses of milk and had about 10hours of sleep in a really dark environment then u would grow tall. i am trying it out. if any of u guys know wat to do pls tell me

He was 5.3 he is now 6.1. He grew taller than i am. I am 5.7. I would like to try it out now. I should have stared using it much earlier.
