Most people don’t think of tea as a health food, but the facts shows us differently. Throughout history, tea has been recommended for many types of ailments, but it has only been in recent years that the general medical population has recognized the true benefits of tea. Although most of these benefits relate to Chinese Green Tea, many medical doctors feel that any type of tea affords the same health and antioxidant benefits as those found in green tea. What's your opinion?.

That's it's recently become a craze in most non-tea drinking countries? I've always drunk tea, everybody I have known has always drunk tea, it's the way it is here. It's a lovely alternative to coffee.
