Why are African Americans treated so differently in corporate America?

I don't know why i am not from those parts. I think they have some mentalities still kept from the past. They shouldn't do this, they have some wrong judgements for the black people generally. Good luck!

I am part of Corporate America and i dont see AAs being treated any differently than any other race. There is so much diversity in the company I work for and with the customers we support. Women are treated differently more often than blacks in the companies that I have worked for. Women make less money than men, have the same level of responsibility but dont get the same wages. Maybe in other areas this may be a problem, but it isnt where I live.

They are not everywhere but they dont hve the old boy network to protet them
