some home-schooled children do not get a good education.What about your opinion?  

The standard of education they'd receive would depend on how good at teaching their parents are, and how much of the curriculum their parents know! They would miss out on vital aspects of an education and childhood - socialising, and working with others. Social skills, and mixing with others of their age-group, as well as being taught by different teachers with different perspectives, are all very valuable aspects of a child's life. In my opinion, school isn't just about learning the subjects taught - it's about learning life's lessons too, and personal development.

A child who is homechooled should be able to have the same education that a child who attends school has, maybe the person homeschooling them is not very qualified to be doing it.

I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT HOME SCHOOLED CHILDREN DO NOT RECEIVE AS GOOD AN EDUCATION AS CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS. THEY DO NOT RECEIVE AS MUCH INTERACTION WITH CHILDREN THEIR OWN AGE.

those children can not become good educate at home.they have to learn from respective environment

Achild has to be in school for many reasons. A teacher is an outsider and an impartial judge of your child.99% of the teachers are good at their work. They teach the children self reliance and general knowledge. Other children teach them to respect the elders,teachers and older friends.They develop tolerence and not minding minor injuries.They learn the responsibility of carrying their things from home and bringing them back every day.The advantages are many. a child taught by parents at home becomes nothing.The outstanding example are the children of Mahatma Gandhi who is known as the father of the nation in India

I also think that home-schooled children do not receive a proper or rather, a 'complete' education.
This is because competetive learning is a very essential ingredient of schooling : this is where children learn to compete with each other and so they are stimulated to perform at their best level, most of the time.
This equips them to fare well in the adult world, in jobs, in later life.
Hence, home schooling is inferior to classrooms.

My step daughter took her kids out of public shool. Because what they where being taught when against their religion. is that not a good reason to do so.

Children can get a great education at home. A lot of them get a much better education than being in the structured school curriculm that is aimed at the average student and rarely accounts for those that fall below or above, which in the end is about the same amount of students that fall right on target. Children can get a bad education if the parents think too highly of their abilities, but in most cases the parents find resources to expand their ability to teach their kids to their potential.

They may get good education as far as knowledge goes.. but, children need to learn around other children, it0s not just about books and classes, they can learn much more about life just by being part of a class, a school..

Home schooling may not be considered bad education but it certainly does not teach the child to mix with other children and social behavior of such children is affected.
