The problem is these pills tax your adrenal glands to the extent that it ruins your metabolism. When that happens your natural ability to lose weight is lost and then you completely lose yor metabolic function and will gain weight. It also destroys teh heart function. I see alot of my clients that cannot even walk up a simple flight of stairs after being on these pils even for as long as a year. It's not worth it because the damage to your body outweighs the benefit. If you lose your natural ability to lose weight, you lose everything.

i think all of them are not safe. They have ingredients that are harmful to our body instead of getting slim they may lead us to death. Best way to get slim is to take the right food to eat and exercise. I wont like to risk my life just to get slim by those kind of pills but I could recommend herbalife thats safe and not harmful. Its a natural food and not a medicine and it regenerates your cells and correct your eating habit.

No i don't think so they work. They cost high and even cause many side -effects . They are completely not worth. So if u want some days leave from office definitely try it

i nvr belive in thsoe thing..like for fast/advance way to get slim.My mom and sister used to take alot of this kind of pills.I alwasy nag at them,so they will eventually give up.There's nothing better and more exfective than real exercise and balancing ur diet.Capsules r just as bad as kokaine.it make u addicted to it.
