well, i tried a few laxatives like biguerlai, kancunis and kancura teas. I really lose some weight and i didn't have constipation anymore. I also tried slimming pills like ballerina and ligthsome. I consumed 2boxes per brand. i wouldnt receomend using these pills. i would recomend changing eating habits and exercising regularly. there is no easy way out of losing weight, even though many people woudl liek to believe there is. my mom wen't crazy from using these pills, since they caused a chemical imbalance. i wouldn't dare touch those things, they have stuff in them that will mess with your body and mind.

i dont see both will give u positive effect.the best thing is little diet and go sport -3times/weeks.

The best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat a balanced healthy meal in small portion. I have i tried calorie count diet, I think it is most effective and you are not restricted anyway as long as you know the number of calories you are meant to eat in a day. 1500 for women and 2000 for men

emptying your digestive tract isn't losing weight. Everything that you have mentioned removed fluid or things from digetsion. To lose weight you have to actually lose the fat in the layers under the skin.

If you are going to take pills then you should also be doing some walking on a regular basis to encourage that more permanent weight to come off...because that is the weight you are trying to lose. If you can walk for an hour a day..not fast but not that really slow stuff either, or walk 3,000 steps a day you will see the sort of changes that constitute true weight loss.

I have read some slimming tea ads that promised a lost of more than 5 kg in a week. They said, it's all natural but didn't tell the components. For me it sounds more like poison. I have never tried them, of course, but there's no wonder, some of them may cause cramps, as you say. It's much safer to try to eat healthier and to exercise.
