 well, i tried a few laxatives like biguerlai, kancunis and kancura teas. I really lose some weight and i didn't have constipation anymore. I also tried slimming pills like ballerina and ligthsome. I consumed 2boxes per brand. I did'nt notice any changes but I stopped after 2weeks after i found out about what happened to joey marquez's daughter. i think the most effective slimming pill is the bangkok pills. it has permethrine which is a powerful appetite suppresant. it also has fat burners and cleansing agents which makes you eliminate waste without feeling any cramps associated with slimming teas.

I find myself abused if i tried everything of what you had. I don't trust these products. I'm only comfortable with a cup of green tea for maintaining my slim body plus multivitamins. I'm also trying to be patient with yoga coz i'm seeing positive results.

35.  emjehe89 (242) | 3 years ago |  i was going to try ballerina tea because i saw it in a chinese grocery style store and im a ballerina so i just wanted to try it for the sake..on the box it didnt even say what it was for, just ballerina tea and a ballerina picture but i assumed that possibly the reference to ballerina implyed it was some sort of slimming tea..its interesting to see it didnt really have much effect on you, me and my mother made a joke about it when we saw it 'its probably cause thats all ballerina's eat' lol
