It's the dwarf planet after Pluto. It had been nicknamed Xena since its discovery a couple of years ago.

I have never heard of the planet Eris. Let me know if you find out.

It is the official 10th planet when pluto was considered as a planet in the solar system.But now pluto has removed from solar system.So waht will be the status of Eris--i don'tknow.Eris is even bigger than pluto.

I've never even heard of the planet Eris. Is this new? I heard they un-planeted Pluto. That's very sad. I still think of Pluto as a planet.
