my doctor told me to have a warm milk before bed as i have been having sleeping problems as the heated milk has properties that apparently help sleep as opposed to cold milk. i screwed my nose up at the thought of plain warm milk so she said make it a hot choc or any flavour i wanted (except coffee of course). ive actually been enjoying malt in my milk....yummy...maybe even try a drop or 2 of vanilla (i havent tried that yet) and a little sugar or something.
i assume that there isnt enough caffeine in drinking chocolate or chocolat flavoured powders for it to be effective against sleep...
good luck
