What have you done that you regret the most?

Whether it is smacking a child, or stealing something from the shop, what are you most regretful for.

The thing I regret the most is refusing to go and see my mother after an arguement,unfortunately she passed away the next day and I have lived with that regret ever since:(

Sounds cheesy, but I honestly have no regrets:) They are worthless to me & I have learned from everything, which makes it worth doing:)
