why people let their dogs sleep on their bed?

Keeping pets at home is a far more better thing for every one. Animals are living things, they feel hunger, they feel heat they feel cold and they have all sense which human beings have. But still in some countries they are given previlage more than humans and are pampered as a mans child is pampered. Specially in US and England dogs hang always with its master at home, while he eats he gives food to his dog to sit aside and eat, while he sleeps he lets his dog sleep on the same bed. Even they kiss their dogs and let their dogs lick them with their tongues yuck !!! Isn't this weird at least an Animal is and Animal why to make it act like a human this is pathetic oooooooooooshhh.
