Has anyone used any of those colon cleansing products?

i used dr. natura for a month because that's all i wanted to spend. some strange things did come out like they say. i forget exactly about how much it cost but it was around $200. i did it for the sake of doing it. i don't feel like i was cured of anything. they say your first time you should do it for 3 months then after that once a year. but i don't think i'll do it again. i don't want to throw that kind of money out. and to get the best results you have to be committed to following instructions when to take what and drink 8 8oz of water everyday.
