what is the scariest dream you ever had?

did u ever wake up from a dream so scared that it took hours for you too fall back asleep/ or you had to sleep with the lights on? What was your dream?

I had a dream, nightmare actually, about my ex last night. B*tch won't let go and I need to move on. Second dream I've had in as many days. I'm starting to think I might give up sleep!

giving up sleep means you'll end up having knightmares while awake, No, don't do that. Challenge the bad ellement of your dream, remind him you're he's a creation of your mind and you have the power to eliminate him. I had a dream someone was beating everyone up, I threathened him with the above tactic the bad element stopped hiting people and was at his knees begging me not to eliminate him.
