i can suggest you to read "dos and donts" of mylot , it is given in the menu (mylot menu) read it, never participate in those discussions which results in YE/NO types of answer , always be descriptive (so you will earn money) , always make your answers in 3 or 4 lines. referrals are those persons who are introduced to mylot by yourself , you can see your referral url at left side , when some body is referred by yourself , that person will become your referral, and because you have introduced them, mylot gives 25% of their earning to you. (a kind of bonus/royalty) So you can earn more amount if you refer mylot to some one
