What can I do to increase my breast milk production?

What I would do to increase production (specifically so that I could pump more) was either to nurse more often, or to pump milk from one breast while the baby nursed from the other.

For feeding problem where u got very small quantity of milk u can try a good thing that is wheat. u advice that wheat is crush in floor and then u put a small peace of wheat in milk of cow or baffelo and then u take it in mircroweve oven and eat after some time .that is a good idai for more milk in mothers

I was having a similar issue and so what I did was I got two notebooks.

In one notebook, I kept track of what I was eating every day and how many glasses of water I was drinking every day.

In the other notebook, I wrote down everytime I pumped/breastfed. If I fed her, I wrote down how long she ate. If I pumped, I wrote down how many mL i got AND how long I pumped. I did this EVERY hour. And yes, my boobs were empty and very little came out, and yes she wasn't satisfied, but you keep her on there even after you pump. She'll suck and suck and suck and thats what will stimulate more production.

I can get two bottles a day now, EXTRA to put in the fridge, when before, I couldn't even keep up with her!
