Cancer prevention

A very common adage:prevention is better than cure!
Cancer is indeed one of the most horrible of all ailments mankind faces today.It is usually diagnosed at a stage where it is incurable. There are little things we all can do to prevent ourselves as well as our dear ones from falling prey to this terrible disease.
The most important of all such preventions: QUIT SMOKING!
There are other preventive measures too; following are some of them:
1.try to use microwave ovens as less as possible since the harmful rays emitted from them can become a common cause of cancer.
2.Green tea contains antioxidants which not only slow down our ageing process but also fight carcinogens in our bodies. Make it a habbit of drinking green tea.
3.Lemon grass tea is also good as a preventive measure for cancer.
4.Eat fresh cabbage in salads.
5.Use filters on computer screens to block harmful rays.
