Ice Sculpture Classes

Are there any Ice Sculpture Classes offered in the Chicago Area?

I don't know, but don't you carve the ice using a chain saw? I do think they are pretty, but I'd be afraid they'd melt on me before i was finished! Try a local college or culinary school.

I believe they are carved with a chain saw and they are preserved with hot ice. Also, they are erected in a drain to catch the water from the melted ice. Thanks for your suggestion, I will contact a culinary school.
