Meatloaf!!! Gotta have it!

People may laugh, but in my travels I've searched the country (USA) for the best diner, chain and individual with the best trashcan Meatloaf. So far its a mom and pop outfit in the tiny town of Independence, Kansas (thats Kansas, not Missouri) just on the outskirts of town (if its still there) in 1995. Next best was the Euchee Creek Restaurant in Grovetown, Georgia in 1977 which is no longer there unfortunately. My best friend Linda in Michigan can whip up one in about an hour and melts in my mouth. Tell me where you found the best or if you know someone (or yourself) who can make the best and let us know where.
