I am a raw food vegan and I feel great. I have never felt that I have lacked any vitamins or nutrients.
I get all the protiens I need as I am careful to eat nuts and sprouts everyday so as not to let this happen to me.
Still I keep hearing about health problems related to being vegan.
Does anybody have any proof that being vegan is actually bad for you?
I have tons of proof to prove that eating meat can cause tons of bad things to happen to your body. A lot more than being vegan...

I don't think it is bad for you at all. As long as you find a way to get the vitamins, etc. that you are not getting from not eatting meat. For example, taking vitamins, or eatting the foods that you listed. It sounds like you take precautions to make sure you are getting what your body needs!

I am a vegan and my diet is mainly Raw Vegan! I have never felt better than I do now! I used to be a meat eater and I used to have loads of digestion problems then which at the time, I thought were normal!
These have all gone now and I have loads more energy than before, so I do not think it is unhealthy at all to be a vegan! The only thing that I supplement my diet with is vitamin B12!

I wish I could be vegan but I love to eat a lot of food. I am vegetarian though. :) I'd love it if you would be willing to share more details of what exactly you eat? Where you shop? :) A Vegan lifestyle is a great way to live...just don't think I could ever do that. :(
