i hate my in-laws, you know why?

All is fine till you & yr. hubby hv. clear understanding.

It can be heart breaking when your hubby's parents are not kind to you. When you know you do not measure up in thier eyes. I would incourage you to be kind to them no matter what they do or say to or about you. If you are a good person and good to thier son and grandchild and they still do not like you, maybe there is something that causes them to keep thier heads in the clouds or up thier behinds.... But if you always do your best to be loving and kind, your child will likely Not be the way the grandparents are as far an unkind and ungreatful that thier son has a good loving wife and is a good mom. Your child will grow up seeing a loving mom who is kind even to people who take her for grated. You may not ever turn them around and it is not your job to make them like you. The trick for your own sanity is to like yourself first and them anyway. Maybe ask If there is something you are doing or not doing to upset them find out what it is and decide what you want to do or not do about that. But if it is just them being stuck up........ Let it roll off your back. Because carrying around the negative stuff in your head and heart will hurt you far more than anyone shunning you. Let the way you treat them be yet another reason for your hubby to be proud of you and inwardly roll your eyes at his obviously blind parents. It is a good thing when at the end of the day I have not said or done anything hurtful to anyone.......... even if they had big bad words coming..... They would not get those bad words from me......... Your hubby might say something in your defence.......Good luck to you.....
