want your opinon on the $189 millon dollar superdome repair

Why do people keep sending money to the goverment in new orleans.When there goverment thinks it is more inportment to spend 189 millon dollars of federal grant money for a super dome.And as Ray nager stated he wants his chocolet city back, it as all been a black and white issue for that one .I live in ms and we got it hard ,but the goverment is useing our grant money wisely.
