| |  ya wearing helmets should be made compulsory.motor cyclists life is at risk.if you were a helmet there is 99% sure accident not turning fatal.but motorists main concern is the heat wen wearing a helmet and pain in neck which makes it uncomfortable.so new helmets which are light weight shoul be made available by the govt.
