It's a pretty good car seat, it works just fine for us. So, yes I'd recommend it. I wouldn't know if price indicate that a car seat is good or not because we've bought a cheap one and it's good for us.

Although I appreciate it, and think its fantastic, I personally would have bought a much cheaper car seat, as I have seen plenty that do the same job, for a smaller price. | |

It was around $80--but, GRACO has car seats out that look so much more comfortable & better-- that with my next one I think I'm going to get one of those. The snugride ones. I don't really think price has anything to do with how good they are. I just look at all the Safety features & make sure they have everything they need to have & if they do-- I'll get it or I'll get the cheaper one if it has all the same safety features.

I wanted to know what brands (cheaper) people had found safe and effective, as we are a little strapped for cash at the moment, but really need a second so hub can pick up bub from childcare of an evening once i start work.
Does the age of the carseat have any impact, or much of an impact, on its safety? | |
