Definitely the Joshua Tree. All of my favorite songs are on that album and it is just so powerful. A close second is How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. That one has some powerful songs on it as well.

my favourite album is the first album simply called boy. It is so full of energy it is a truely great album, if you have never heard it, go dl yourself a copy

i´ve heared that and i liked too but the Joshua Tree have more "Hits" than Boy...
All albuns are wonderful...

How to dismantle an atomic bomb is my best album. Alotta people think that Joshua tree is the best but i think HTDAAB is the best. Maybe thats because it was the first time i properly heard u2, but i think all the songs in that album were amazing

The whole album "Achtung baby" inspired me to write quite a bit two summers ago.It was so beautiful lyrically and musically that it will forever be a favourite of mine.I love Bono's vouce and emotional quality.

"Achtung Baby" is my all-time favorite. "Joshua Tree" was the dreamful album of U2 but I just find "Achtung Baby" more resonant in terms of musicality and context. True, "Achtung Baby" may sound confusing at times but its theme of hope amidst adversity and cynicism just shines through.
