How to Love my wife in inexpensive ways?

help her out around the house.. make her a romantic dinner at home.. maybe turn on a little slow music and dance.. make her a bubble bath with candles and music with the lights off.. tell her you love her more often..

try a nice massage, with some candles lightened (u have to have some candles in the house in case electricity falls), or maybe cook a nice romantic dinner for her (u have to eat so it's not extra expense) light some candles and make her feel like a princess. or maybe spoil her with a foam bath with candles around.

Take her to a really romantic non-shopping place - like a quiet little mountain town. Over here in the San Diego area, Julian is perfect for that - all you pay is the gas money, and possibly for pies, cuz Julian is known for bakeries. Trinkets, as well.

How about these small things around the house you have promised and promised to fix, to repair, to take care of (I am talking out of experience.......). Take an afternoon or maybe a whole day and start doing what you have been talking about and being reminded of, maybe.
Or if you dont do it already, help her tidy up the kitchen after she has cooked for you.
Or give her undisturbed time for her favorite pastime, be it reading, writing letters, calling a friend......

You don't have to shower her with Gifts and that the best way to show your Wife your Love is affection caring and being there for her

write to her, but for real! not buying a card, but make one of your own, and write to her how you love her... there are many ways to have little details with our loved ones that actually don´t require money... so, it is possible to do so. Just try to be creative... also, give her a voucher for some errand you would do instead of her, lie cleaning the bathroom or doing the laundry or doing the dishes for a week... I know she´ll appreciate that even more!

Thoughtfulness goes a long way. My husband and I have been married for 13 years now and it's the smallest things that mean the most. Like when he opens the door for me or watches the children for me so that I can take a well needed break. There are also the sweet little notes he leaves for me around the house and the way he shows interest in the things that I like. And it goes both ways. That's part of what makes a good marriage and keeps the love alive. Just being thoughtful of your wife's needs and feelings, being a little spontaneous and just being a gentleman can mean so much and your true feelings will shine through.
