Does anyone get sick of when you try to call a phone company, electric company or any business, you get a recording and you have to punch in numbers for a selection? And then after finally getting someone (if you are lucky) and you go through whatever reason you called and they tell you to hold for someone else! Then you have to go through the whole thing AGAIN with the next person! I get so mad! A similar problem we use to have when we had dialup for our computer. Everytime we had a problem with our internet e=service I would have to call and when after several min. finally get a person, I would explain my problem with my connection and this person would tell me what to do and that would solve my problem and then they would give me a number so if I neede to call back I could tell the next person that number and they would have everyting I had told them. Then when what they told me didn't fix the problem like they were so sure it would, I would call back, wait a long time to get a person and after giving them my refernce number, they say "okay, what problem are you having"?? Then I have to tell them again and tell them what the last person told me to do...and then so it goes on and on! I mean it this happened constantly! I was on the phone ALL the time doing this. Anybody else?

I really don't have a hard time when I call my service provider for queries. I actually just call them because I just have to inquire about a new promo. I really don;t have any bad experience about my telephone provider hence I don't have to call them. And I try to research first about the problem of my phone or network before I will call to their hotline #. In the end, I have less frustration.

yes it is frustrating and think most feel the same.. And just don't have the time
one time for me, took up half my day trying to get through to someone, cant remember which company it was now.. Anyway as u do with most u punch in the number, then the next and the next until finally u get 'all our advisers are busy right now.. your call will be answered as soon as possible' and give u queue number u in. then its back to the music, i had to put up with maybe 8 songs by Leona lewis.. haha
Just as i got to number 2 in queue i was cut off suddenly.. (felt like screaming)
Went to phone again (not wanting to go through whole process again) and was just engaged constantly..
Or.. you finally get through to someone, and you don't understand the accent since we use many Asian call centers and not all speak clear English.

Yes I totally agree. We had this same problem when a so called friend got hold of my sons mobile. He gets credited $10 a month to his mobile account every month and we couldn't work out how come this money dissapeared as soon as it his his account. I was honestly on the phone for 2 hours trying to sort out the problem. It turned out one of his mates had downloaded a ring tone and as my sons phone does not have that feature, the ring tone company just takes the money out of your account for ringtones you never get. I did finally get satisfaction though, they refunded the money as my son was only a minor and could not be held responsible for what his mate did.

Yes, it is frustrating. And after finally a person comes on and you tell them what you need you get told that they will have to transfer you to someone else. After you get transfered about three times I am ready to bite the bullet. It is very frustrating.
