when is it appropriate to wear boots?

i live in a tropical country and wearing boots take a lot of nerve and pizazz. when should they be worn?

Yeah i know what you mean, when i was there in the Phils, i really dont wear boots because its too warm over there to wear it, and you need a lot of guts to do it as well. Here in the Uk, its an ordinary thing to wear them because we really need to keep our feet warm cos of the weather, right now its winter here and we really need to wrap up.

but i do want to wear them, huh! it's just that i know i'd feel awkward and i'd feel conscious with it so, never mind na lang.lol!

If you'll wear them like covered with your trousers then thats not really bad cos it will look like an ordinary shoes, its only you who'd know whats in there but wearing it like really showing off then that would take a lot of effort to do it.
