here in philippines it's around a dollar per liter. can't tell by gallon

In Eastern Washington State in the U.S. where I live, it is around $2.50 to $2.60 per gallon right now. It was over $3.00 per gallon of unleaded just a few months ago, so at least it has come down from there.
