are our characters inborn or are formed by the atmosphere we live in???

we see soem poeple who are very clam in nature.some are very arrogant, some r bold some are fearful. we see so many tyoes of characters. do u thin k they are cuz of the atmosohere we live in or cuz of genetic influences???

Our born charecteristics are 90% inborn & another 10% will be of growing environment.
