Latte Machiato

Once i had some coffee time with my ex girl friend, and my friend, when we order the cofee, i want something new, then i choose machiato.
I don't have a clue, what kind of coffee that is?
but when the waiter come, my friend start to laughing at me, ccoz, the glass was so little, like a sloki for vodka, with the bubble, around the coffee, then i try my first machiato,
DAmn!!, that was so strong coffee, more like alcohol for me!!
make my head ringing, my friend from Germany, told that was the latte coffee, it's an espresso with a caramel.the ratio of coffee and milk is 80 to 20, so why the taste was kick me out.

I got a caramel macchiato from Starbucks today. I don't drink plain coffee at all and I really need the caramel in it to really enjoy it. This is the only coffee I ever buy and I just might be addicted. lol Oh, if Starbucks is closed we go to Dunkin Donuts and get their coffee lite and sweet. It is pretty good for plain jane coffee.

Machiatos are really good. My husband is addicated to Caramel Machiatos. I have had them a few times, they are okay. I need something with more of a kick to it though. Personallly I prefer non-fat lattes.

Wow I have never heard of this. I drink lattes on occasion. But I have to look into this Machiato . Thanks for posting about it. I am intrigued. I will have do some seaching and looking around.
