| Menstrual Pain/Herbal/Home Remedies  | | | |  Hi there, I used to be used to menstrual pain as i had Cervical Polyps, Which caused pain so bad that i landed in emerge, and they gave me stuff to lessen contractions saying my pains were as bad as a woman ready to give birth....
Well, once again, my cramps are beginning to get bad, and though i can handle it, I'm not too interested in this.
I don't like taking medications, so i hold off Tylenol and stuff for as long as i can... Anyone know any herbal/home remedies that might work?

| |  Try a bit of exercising especially when you know your period is on the way. Skip salty foods and skip things like caffeine and what not. Those are bad for you. Heating pads work wonders for cramps as do warm baths.
