how can we change the role of interpol played by the US!

it's common sense that the us plays a role as interpol,it deploys its troops every where and interfers the inner affairs of almost all the countries! but it also paid great cost on its practiec. so many casulties in iraq and afghnistan,it's violet native catastrophies as the 9.11! why all these tragedies couldn't awake its sense of peace and change its ambition of hegenomy! now i put foward this old topic for us to have a further discussion with the hope of finding a remedy for bush administration! your view point will be greatly appreciated!
