Does sugar- free really work?

All these things sugar-free,zero and all which are used as a replacement for sugar are supposed to give diabetics the taste of sugar.I just wanted to know if they really work or not?

What do you mean by work? If you mean do they taste good I think so. I have not had regualr soda in a while I try to always get diet or zero. I actualy prefer it now.

I meant ,do they really help diabetics and people who count their calories.what do you say Mrs Frizzy
