Online money amking ventures: My PC in trouble

Could anybody please help? I registered for online business at Aguamail.com where I only have to click on mails and banners to get paid. I thought it was that sweet and I started clicking. After a while, I got a message that my PC was in trouble and that I have to install a software to rescure it. Before I could make my choice, the instalation started, I tried to shut down and there goes the chaos. Now for the past 4 hours, I've been struggling to boot my PC but no luck. I finally put it on safe mode to clean the problem. I just couldn't believe that adaware, malware and trojanhorse has silently crept inot my PC. I bet you, all that gliters are not gold.
